In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an Account, accessing the pluang88 platform, or placing any wager, You unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pluang88 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional terms published on the platform.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering Your Account and at all times thereafter. Any misrepresentation, including provision of false identity documents, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
3.4 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one pluang88 Account. You may not open, operate, or use any Account on behalf of another person. The detection of duplicate accounts will result in suspension of all associated accounts and review of all associated transactions.
3.5 Exclusion List. Individuals who have self-excluded from gambling through pluang88's Responsible Gaming programme, or who are subject to a third-party exclusion order, are not eligible to register or maintain an Account and must not attempt to do so.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials, including Your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with Your Account.
4.2 You must not share Your Account credentials with any third party. pluang88 will treat any action taken using Your credentials as having been authorised by You, and will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from Your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 You must notify pluang88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to Your Account. pluang88 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification.
4.4 pluang88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts. pluang88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Account access by unauthorised third parties where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Account holder.
5.1 Deposits. pluang88 accepts deposits in MYR via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer through supported Malaysian financial institutions. Minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits are credited to Your Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor; pluang88 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment services.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) minimum withdrawal amount of RM 50; (c) the withdrawal method must correspond to the deposit method used (where practicable); (d) all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied prior to withdrawal; (e) pluang88 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request as part of AML compliance obligations.
5.3 Processing Times. pluang88 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for e-wallet methods (TnG, Boost, GrabPay) and within two to four (2–4) hours for FPX bank transfers, during normal operational hours. These timelines are targets and not guarantees; pluang88 shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processor issues, bank processing windows, or regulatory review requirements.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on pluang88 are conducted in MYR. pluang88 does not accept or pay out in any foreign currency. No currency conversion is performed on deposits or withdrawals.
5.5 Unclaimed Balances. Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures. pluang88 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Account holder before applying dormancy status. Remaining real-money balances in dormant accounts will be held for a period of three (3) years from the last activity date, after which they may be forfeited.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by pluang88 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the promotion terms) before any withdrawal may be made. The calculation of wagering progress is based on real-money bets only; bets placed using Bonus Funds contribute to wagering requirements at the rates specified in the applicable promotion terms.
6.3 Maximum Bet Restriction. While a bonus is active in Your Account, the maximum bet permitted per round or per bet is RM 50 (or the amount specified in the promotion terms, whichever is lower). Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active is a breach of these Terms and may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits expire thirty (30) days from the date of credit to Your Account. Expired bonus funds and any winnings accrued from expired bonus activity will be forfeited without compensation.
6.5 Abuse Prevention. pluang88 reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner that constitutes abuse, exploitation, or bad faith, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating wager patterns with other players to reduce risk, or participating in matched betting schemes using pluang88 promotions.
6.6 pluang88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Modification or withdrawal of a promotion does not affect bonus funds already credited to Accounts prior to the modification or withdrawal date.
7.1 Bets placed on pluang88 are final once confirmed by the platform. Technical errors during the bet placement process (including connectivity issues) may result in a bet not being accepted; in such cases, pluang88 will not process or honour the bet. It is Your responsibility to confirm that Your bet has been accepted before closing the betting interface.
7.2 pluang88 reserves the right to void any bet or market where there is evidence of: pricing errors due to technical malfunction; corruption or match-fixing affecting a sporting event; misuse of insider information; or other circumstances that compromise the integrity of the market.
7.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on pluang88. These limits are displayed on the relevant game interface or betting market before bet placement. pluang88 reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time.
7.4 All live casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or by live dealer action, as applicable. pluang88 does not influence game outcomes. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to pluang88 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pluang88. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of pending bets, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by pluang88's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.1 pluang88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using pluang88, You consent to the collection and processing of Your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 pluang88 will not sell Your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
